Once your returned product has been returned and approved, refunds are then processed twice weekly by our friendly customer support team based in Sydney, Australia.
Refunds are processed by the payment application in which they were placed. For example, if the order was placed via PayPal, the refund will be processed to you through PayPal.
The time in which the funds will reach your account may vary depending on the payment merchant and bank processing times.
